Making Your Payment
- All fees are subjected to 7% GST
- The payment for the counselling session will be collected before the start of the counselling session.
- Clients will not be allowed to begin the counselling session if payment has not been made.
- All payments are non-refundable once the session commences.
- Please note the following validity periods of the counselling packages:
• 4 sessions – Valid for 3 months
• 6 sessions – Valid for 4 months
• 8 sessions – Valid for 6 months
• 10 sessions – Valid for 8 months
Before Your First Session
- Booking confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation for the session once you have made the payment. Please do check your junk folder as well to make sure you have received this.
- Emergency contact details: Prior to the first session, we would require all clients to provide a phone number for their emergency contact person. We request the contact details of someone you trust and feel safe with. The emergency contact person will be contacted only if your safety is at risk.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Rescheduling Appointments: You can reschedule an appointment by arrangement with your therapist. Rearranging appointments is subject to both our availability. Please contact us directly to reschedule an appointment and we will always try to help you where possible.
- 24-Hour Requests: We do not accept rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the appointment time. Payments made towards such appointments are non-refundable.
- Late attendance: If you are late for your session by more than 20 minutes, this will be a non-refundable, no-show cancellation on your part.
